This impressive Pavilion was composed of various domed wings connected by terraces. The main body of the pavilion was on two floors. The pavilion's style approached the modern, but in many details it blended with general style of the exposition.

The Pavilion displayed groups of statues at its corners, both high and low. Large masks held up the flagpoles, and elegant staircases led to the mezzanine.
