This black-and-white photo postcard shows a rare lateral view of the Pavilion of Brazil. One can see the Pavilion's elaborate ornamentation, its balaustrades and columns, and domes crowned with flags.  An ample staircase led to a large arched glass portal flanked by two smaller glass doors. When the photograph was taken, the Pavilion was still receiving its finishing touches, as shown by the ladder leaning against the wall.
