This black-and-white postcard shows a view of the rough path and stone stairs leading to Piazza Quintino Sella, in the Villaggio Alpino.

On the right one can see the church with its typical frescoes, bell tower, and wooden cross.  Rather than reproducing a specific church, this building was a fanciful combination of many typical elements of Alpine churches, as was the village as a whole. Only the square's fountain was a faithful copy of the fountain of Jouvenceaux (Sauze d'Oulx, Italy).
