This black-and-white photo postcard shows several buildings in the Alpine Village.  Rather than reproducing a specific village in the Italian Alps, the Alpine Village was a combination of typical elements taken from multiple Alpine hamlets.  Here we can see typical dwellings with their wooden balconies and open-air attics used to store hay.
