Giacomo Ubertalli and Francesco Morsolin owned a company specializing in "Ottica, Fotografia, Cinematorgrafia" in Turin, via Santa Teresa. They were succeessors of the Società Anonima Ambrosio (see Un repertorio dei fotografi piemontesi).
They authored many photographs of the 1911 Exposition that were printed in Le Esposizioni di Torino, Firenze e Roma (Milan: Fratelli Treves, 1911, p.113, 120-121,136-137, 174, 191).
They also produced a collection of stereographic images of the main pavilions of the Exposition.
