This map provides an effective visual display of the substantial presence of France at the Turin 1911 Exposition. This presence included: the Pavilion of France, the Pavilion of the City of Marseille, located near the Pavilion of the City of Turin and the Pavilion of the Modern City; the Ministry of the French Colonies, next to the Pavilion of Hungary; the area devoted to Algeria and Tunisia; the Commissariat and Offices of the French Section; the French Restaurant; the Byrrh Kiosk; and the Evian Kiosk.

The gardens of the Pavilion of the City of Paris hosted the following kiosks: Menier, Paquin, Moët et Chandon, Martel, Arts Décoratifs, Vichy, Ricqlès, Desmarais, Saint-Gobain, Lion Noir, Côte d'Azur; Banque de France; Selviculture and Horticulture, L'Union, and Vittel.

A broad area in the Pilonetto section of the Exposition hosted other displays devoted to French metallurgy, railways, agriculture and horticulture, workers' cooperatives, automobiles and aviation; aircraft engines Chêne; Public Works and the French Chamber of Commerce, and the Cuirasse Decauville.
