Descriptive Note Text

This black-and-white photo postcard shows the Monumental Bridge with the Pavilion of the City of Paris on the left side of the bridge and the Pavilion of Festivals and Concerts on the right, both built in the Turinese baroque style that marked the rest of the Exposition. One can see the pillars with sculptor Francdesco Sassi's Winged Victories that graced the sides of the bridge.
