This black-and-white photo shows the Pavilion of France from the Monumental Bridge. One can see the majestic dome of the Pavilion and the staircase leading to the river Po with the statue of Marianne, representing the French Republic and the ideals of the French revolution: freedom, equity, and brotherhood.

The postcard was sent to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and dated December 9, 1911.
