Descriptive Note Text

This black-and-white photo postcard shows the Pavilion of Belgium from a terrace on the opposite side of the river Po (Valentino Castle).  The postcard provides a clear view of the central corpus of the Pavilion with its imposing tympanum under which are three niches with statues. The postcard was published by the Stabilimento Campassi & Diena of Turin.
