Descriptive Note Text
This issue of the magazine Pro Familia contains small photographs of the following Exposition structures: Fratelli Branca Kiosk; De Agostini Geographical Institute Pavilion; Martini & Rossi Kiosk; Pavilion of the Bank of France; Compagnie de Vichy Kiosk; Cinzano Kiosk (p. 451). On page 452 an article describes the difficulties that plagued the preparations for the Exposition (strikes, weather events) and goes on to describe the private kiosks and small pavilions that graced the exposition with unique and original styles that brought variety to the otherwise homogeneous neo-baroque norm. The article claimed that there were more than 100 such small structures and the majority advertized French products.
