Descriptive Note Text

This black-and-white photo postcard shows the temporary bridge, made out of wood, which connected the left bank of the river Po with the right bank, precisely to the area called "Pilonetto".  At the end of the bridge, one can see the Pavilion devoted to the Work of the Italians Abroad.
