This black-and-white photo postcard shows the Main Entrance to the Exposition, situated at the intersection of Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Corso Cairoli. One can see the main body of the entrance, composed of a colonnade surmounted by baroque arches and two pinnacles. As shown by the the two eagles at the top of the pinnacles, this entrance was a tribute to the Royal House of Savoy.

The postcard was mailed to Bologna on June 22, 1911.
