Descriptive Note
Giuseppe Velati-Bellini was a civil engineer. He obtained an engineering degree from the Scuola di Applicazione per gli Ingegneri di Torino in 1889. Influenced by the Art Nouveau style, he designed several buildings in the early twentieth century in Turin with Arnaldo Riccio.
With Riccio he designed the Eternit Kiosk for the Exposition of Turin 1911.
