Descriptive Note
Joseph de Guirard de Montarnal trained at the ateliers of Léon Ginain and Louis Henri Georges Scellier de Gisors, and was awarded the title of government-certified architect (DPLG) in 1897. He participated in numerous international exhibitions: Glasgow (1901), Hanoi (1902), Saint-Louis (1904), Liège (1905), Milan (1906), Dublin (1907), London and Zaragoza (1908), Quito (1909), Brussels (1910), and the French Exposition in Athens (1928).
He designed the Paquin Kiosk for the Exposition of Turin 1911.
