Descriptive Note
Luigi Rigorini studied painting in Milan and then at the Accademia Albertina in Turin. He decorated palaces and villas in Italy and abroad. He held the chair of ornato disegnato at the Accademia Albertina where he taught for over 30 years.
He created a watercolor of the Villaggio Alpino for the Turin 1911 Exposition.
