This volume presents the “Model Alpine Hotel” of the Italian Touring Club. It shows architectural plans for each of the hotel’s floors and descriptions of the various rooms, including décor and furniture. The hotel featured a “Salone da Esposizione” (Exposition Salon) where relevant materials were exhibited, such as dishwashers, fridges, showers, heating devices and furnaces, etc.

This brochure contains a letter to an unspecified Counsel by the general director of the Touring Club Italiano. The letter says that this brochure is a gift for the Counsel, is dated August 1911 and inserted after the coverpage.
