This pin celebrated the International Gymnastics Competition that took place during the Exposition of Turin 1911.  The pin shows a shot putter in the act of throwing the shot. At each side of the male athlete, one can see the emblems of Turin (the Bull) and of the royal house of Savoy (the cross-shield).
