Descriptive Note Text

This pass was issued to a fairgoer named Giuseppe Abba on August 18, 1911. It included reductions on the price of train tickets to Turin, and discount coupons for various Exposition sites, such as the Medieval Castle, the Palace of Fashion, and the Monumental Fountain. There were also discount coupons for the orchestral concerts in the Palace of Festivals and Concerts, and for a number of hotels connected to the Exposition. In addition, there were discount coupons for the Museo Civico, the Museo Nazionale, and the Alfieri, Balbo, Carignano, and Vittorio Emanuele Theatres, as well as coupons to horse races and to the natural caves of Mondovì. 

The pass was printed by the Luigi Salomone Printing Company of Rome. The cover displayed several coats of arms including that with the Taurus or Bull of Turin and the cross of the Savoy Royal Family.
