Definition:

"Architects and Engineers" are the people who, independently of the degree they obtained (Art, Engineering, Architecture), they designed the built structures of the Fair. Architects are «People trained in or practicing architecture, which is the art of designing and building habitable structures, especially those considered to have aesthetic value» (Getty AAT). Engineers are «Persons trained in a branch of engineering. In some jurisdictions the designation is legally restricted in technical use to persons who have completed a prescribed course of study and complied with requirements concerning registration or licensing» (Getty AAT).
