Descriptive Note Text

This black-and-white photo postcard shows a majestic view of the Pavilion of the Republic of Argentina as seen from the left bank of the river Po.  The Pavilion included a central body with two large lateral halls. The central body was framed by four turrets, in the form of pinnacles, displaying colored balls at the top and reaching a height of 35 meters.
