This color postcard reproduces an illustration created by Leopoldo Metlicovitz. Metlicovitz captured the spirit of the Exposition devoted to Labor and progress by representing two male nudes planting the Italian and Savoy flags.
The postcard was mailed to Rome, Italy, with a postage stamp reproducing Metlicovitz's illustration and another stamp advertising the Pavilion of France.
