On the 8th of April 2025, we presented the Turin 1911 project at the conference entitled Campus of Architecture, Design and Planning of the Polytechnic University of Turin between project and model: urban redevelopment and communication for the cultural axis of the Po organized by prof. Roberta Spallone and prof. Marco Vitali. Experts in different disciplines presented their works in the hall of Honour of the Valentino Castle in Turin, headquarter of the Department of Architecture and Design of the Polytechnic University of Turin. The nine presentations talked about the area of the Valentino Park and the river Po, in particular about the project of the new spaces of the Campus of Architecture, Design and Planning and the Augmented Physical Model of the project. 

The Valentino Park has a long history, and the Turin 1911 International Exposition covered a very short but intense period. Prof. Chiabrando and PhD. Spreafico briefly introduced the history of the Turin 1911 project and the new website as part of the seminar to support the historical analysis of the new Campus project.

The Turin 1911 website, along with its archival material and historical content, is particularly relevant for reconstructing what existed before Torino Esposizioni—the monumental building designed by Pierluigi Nervi, which is currently being renovated to host the new university campus and the municipal library of Turin.
