This black-and-white photo postcard shows the Pavilion of France from the river Po. Designed by Stefano Molli in the Turinese baroque style, the Pavilion featured an impressive dome. One can see the stairs leading to the river Po with the Statue of Marianne, symbol of the French Republic, greeting the visitors who arrived by vaporetto.
