This black and white postcard of the Padiglione della Manifattura Tabacchi (Pavilion of the Royal Monopolies) displays the circular layout of the Pavilion's main structure, which was surmounted by a slender and elegant cupola in the neo-baroque style. 

Behind the Pavilion, one can see the fortress (rocca) of the Medieval Village.
